The How To Get A Six Pack abs program has three main components. These three components are discussed in depth in the article - How To Get A Six Pack. In summary, the three main components are ab exercises, losing fat through an entire body workout routine to build six pack abs, and a natural healthy diet program to lose weight to improve your six pack abs (a focused six pack abs diet).

This article focuses on the ab exercises that you need to do in order to achieve six pack abs. These physical exercises to build a six pack are designed to workout all of your abdominal muscles. To develop a six pack you need to have a strong abs workout program. You need to be doing a focused abs routine that isolates you lower ab muscles, upper ab muscles and obliques. The How To Get A Six Pack abs workout program is designed around three types of ab exercises. The first set of ab exercises are lower ab exercises. The second set of ab exercises are upper ab exercises. The third set of ab exercises are obliques exercises.

Lower Ab Exercises

You always want to start your abs workout with lower ab exercises. All abs exercises workout your upper abs. If you start with upper ab workouts then you will exhaust your upper abdominal muscles before you have a chance to workout your lower abdominal muscles. And you will not be able to gain a six pack of abs without ripped lower ab muscles.

1. Leg Raises - The first lower ab exercise that you should focus on are leg raises. These are excellent ab exercises.

2. Hanging Leg Raises - The second lower ab exercise that you should work into your abs exercise routine are hanging leg raises.

3. Reverse Curls - The third ab exercise that you should work on are reverse curls.

If you do two to three sets of each of these you should have sufficiently worked out your lower abs.

Ab Exercises

Once you have finished your lower ab workout, it is time to focus on your upper ab muscles. Your upper ab muscles are the ones that you will be able to define first. These are the ones you see mostly on six pack abs pictures, you know the ones of women six pack abs and girls with six pack abs that are on the cover of every women's fitness magazine. The magazines that have those great claims for how to get a six pack fast, fastest way to get a six pack, how to improve your six pack, and easiest way to get a six pack. Don't fall for these ads. The truth about six pack abs is that it requires lots of dedication to ab exercises, weight lifting for weight loss and a natural healthy six pack abs diet.

1. Crunches - You need to start with crunches. Crunches will form the core of you ab exercise program.

2. Sit Ups - While sit ups have fallen out of vogue lately, they are still great abs exercises. They are great for working out your abs.

3. Leg Lifts - The same leg lifts that you did for your lower ab exercises will be good for general ab exercises too.

Once you have worked out your upper abs, in order to develop a six pack of abs, you need to do oblique exercises. However the upper ab exercises and lower ab exercises are the key to how to get a six pack. You obliques are the ab muscles on the side of your abs. The easiest way to workout your obliques is to do crunches with your legs twisted to one side and then the other.

These are the ab exercises that form the core of How To Get A Six Pack.

I read this article and found very good but one of the most important things to remember that decreasing fat content in the body is paramount to showing of great abs. For the majority of men having more than ten per cent body fat will prevent our abs from being visible. Also we need to do regularly great abs exercises to get a six pack abs.
